Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellations during our regular pre-orders will be accepted up to 72 hours (3 days) after the pre-order closes. Since these products are made to order, once the manufacturer receives confirmed order numbers, production will begin and we will not be able to adjust quantities. Closing date for pre-orders will be announced via social media, our website (, as well as through email blast, to ensure closing date is widely known. You are responsible for taking note of the closing date once it is announced, in the event you would like to cancel your order before we send the final quantity to the manufacturers. Any cancellation requests made on products purchased outside of the scheduled pre-orders (such as bonus overstock we have made available on our website) will also only have 72 hours to cancel.

To request a cancellation, please email us at and include your order number. Any cancelled orders will be subject to 3.0% service/restocking fee. 

Any and all foam products that have been fulfilled and delivered cannot be cancelled or returned. 

Cover sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of receipt, and must be unopened, unused and returned in the original packaging. For sanitary purposes, opened cover sets cannot be returned. Savvy Sprout does not cover the cost of shipping to return packages and will not pay shipping costs associated with any product requiring "return to sender" shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery date for any damages or issues to be eligible for resolve. If we do not receive a warranty request in the first 14 days of you receiving your product, your items may not be eligible for warranty services. Please use to discuss your limited warranty options. 

We will notify you once we’ve processed your cancellation or return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
