Pre-Order 2 Information
Length of Pre Order
Pre-order 2 was open from March 12th - April 5th 2022. Orders will be submitted to our manufacturer now that the pre-order is closed.
Shipping takes time. At best, we can only offer an estimate based on what we are told by our logistics coordinator. Shipping is available within Canada and the US ONLY.
Once manufacturing is complete, our boxes get passed along to a 3rd party company that transfers them into containers before being loaded onto a cargo ship. These ships get loaded and unloaded at the port which takes time, and port congestion often means vessels will sit awaiting their turn, adding to potential delays. Difficult waters may also be encountered along the way, so while we do our best to give the most accurate estimation of shipping time, it can change at any moment and we are unfortunately at the mercy of conditions and situations that are out of our control.
Pre-Order #2 is estimated to arrive in August (we're giving extra time just to be safe). We will continuously post updates on our website and social media pages to keep everyone up to date and in the loop!

Payment is required at time of purchase for your pre-order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number included. Please retain this order number for your records.
We take Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Sezzle (interest free payment system).
Cancelling Your Pre-Order
If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist. Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours AFTER the pre-order closing date which will be announced on our website, our Facebook page and on our Instagram page. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of the cancellation deadline.
There is a 3% "restocking fee" on all cancelled orders to cover the cost of processing.
